Portsmouth will now play Wycombe Wanderers on Tuesday, December 4th with a 7:45pm kick off after the original match was called off because of the torrential rain, the first time a game has been abandoned at Fratton Park since 1955.
That is unless both teams are knocked out of the FA Cup in the first round, in which case the match will take place on Saturday, December 7th with a 3pm kick off, the date and time the FA Cup second round matches are scheduled to be played.
On that note, Pompey will find out who their opponents will be in the first round of the FA Cup this Sunday when the draw is made.
As for the Wycombe game, a harsh winter is predicted so it would come as no surprise if this rearranged fixture is postponed due to a frozen pitch!
