With these two players back in the team we can, and probably will play the same team that won so convincingly at West Ham and Fulham earlier in the season. We know how frustrating Lua Lua can be but he is capable of goals out of nothing (Blackburn and Villa at home spring to mind) and he has the pace to give defenders hell. Mendes has also proven his worth to the team, progressively getting better and better since we signed him, oh and of course that goal against Man City could make him a Pompey hero. Both players could well be players for Pompey player of the season.
So we should all be confident of a win on Saturday if both Lua Lua and Mendes feature in the starting line-up. Shouldn't we?
