"It's early days yet but I love the English game. It suits my style of play and I think I can make a success over here," said Pericard.
"It took me some time to adapt to the British style of play but I am happy here.
"Portsmouth have some great players and if they go into the Premiership, I would definitely considering staying for longer than a year.
"Juventus have a big squad full of world-class players so I will have to consider my options again at the end of the season."
