The former Israel national team manager has been linked to a move to Mourinho's men pretty much since he joined Pompey, and he's said to be very keen on a move to the Premiership runners-up.
Harry Redknapp said he won't stand in Grant's way should he wish to leave Fratton Park despite only being at the club for a year. What effect this will have on the club is anyone's guess, as he must have been doing a pretty good job to be wanted by Chelsea.
Whatever happens, we'll have to find a replacement if that is Gaydamak's wish but we'll move on and I'm sure the club can find a suitable candidate to take over from Grant when he leaves.
