Peter Crouch has been handed international recognition and is in the U-20 squad to face Portugal on Wednesday 21st November.
Crouch has been in fine form since his move from QPR and has scored eight goals as well as contributing to Pompey's all round game so far. Although he is currently injured, it is thought that he should be fit to face Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.
Crouch follows Gary O'Neil as the latest player to be picked for England this season and Fratton Faithful would like to congratulate them both on their achievement.
