Pompey's match with Burton Albion has been moved to Sunday, September 7th with a 12:15pm kick-off time.
This is because Sky have chosen the fixture at the Pirelli Stadium to be televised. Pompey recorded their first away win of last season at this venue thanks to goals from Simon Ferry and Ricky Holmes.
Pompey's Boxing Day clash with AFC Wimbledon at Fratton Park will also now kick-off at 1pm as is the case with most post-Christmas matches involving Portsmouth.
In other non-related news, ex-Pompey manager Michael Appleton has now been named as manager of Oxford United which should add a little bit of spice to those games.
