Boring, Boring Saturday

What's a Pompey fan to do when there's no Portsmouth match during the weekend? Usually at the end of a hard week's work (or "studying" in my case) it's nice to go to Fratton Park or spend half a Saturday travelling to far away places such as Manchester or Wigan just so you can be put through some emotional torture for 90 minutes.

But due the "magic" of the FA Cup I've been sitting indoors all day trying not to fall asleep as Blackburn defended for 90 minutes against Arsenal, listening to my Mum go on about how she doesn't care about Derby being knocked out of the cup by Plymouth as now they can focus on getting promoted and losing 6-2 at Fratton Park again next season (Hopefully).

What else did I do? Hmmm.. I had some Coco Rocks for breakfast and Steak and Chips for dinner whilst watching Reading continue to surprise us all by getting a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford.

I assure you, my life is slightly more exciting than this usually but aren't Saturday's so boring when there's no ref to abuse, no away fans to give rude gestures to and no Lomana LuaLua to curse as he gives the ball away yet again? (Though it would help if he was fit enough to play more than one game)

And you know what the most annoying thing is?

Next Saturday is going to be exactly the same....
