"I'm delighted," admitted Adams. "We're in the next round and that's job done.
"We showed our quality on the counter-attack tonight and also our resilience.
"The goalkeeper was immense and it was good to have Glen Johnson back in the team.
"We have set our stall out of late to keep clean sheets and be resilient - and we were.
"If we passed the ball a little bit better we could have opened them up more as they were gambling at the end."
